Health, Safety & Environment Policy
ISL recognises that Health and Safety is an essential function that must be continually improved, updated and adapted. We must also do what is reasonable to avoid or minimize adverse environmental impacts from our activities, and promote and adopt environmental sustainability initiatives. The successful implementation of this policy requires the full support and active co-operation of management and all employees.
Code of Ethics
We have achieved our reputation by operating with the highest levels of honesty and integrity. Our staff is familiar with our Code, which calls for respect for the law, accountability and transparency. If ever in doubt about their conduct, staff members are advised to ask themselves: Is it legal? Is it ethical? Is it consistent with our Code? And, will it reflect well on me and the company?
